An extended warranty allows you to operate the lamps of our production for 10-15 years.
How it works?
On the left is a graph of the degradation of the LEDs used. Those. after 100,000 hours of operation of the device, the luminous flux will be lower than the initial approx. by 20%.
100,000 hours is:
100,000 hours / 12 hours of operation per day / 365 days per year = 22.8 years
100,000 hours / 24 hours operation per day / 365 days per year = 11.4 of the year
The warranty for power supplies today is 5 years (for more expensive models of power supplies 7 years). This warranty limitation is due to the "drying out" of the capacitors inside the power supply. Those. regardless of the mode of operation, after the warranty period, power supplies will fail.
Usual mode of operation
Red shows the capital investment for the purchase of fixtures. After the first 5 years of operation (if you have a 5-year warranty from the equipment supplier) Lights will slowly start to fail. You will remove them one by one and change the power sources yourself (blue line). After approx. 7.5 years from the date of purchase, the lamps will begin to fail en masse.
To save the lighting system, you will be forced to replace all the fixtures. The graph shows a cycle of 15 years.
What do we offer?
Red shows the capital investment for the purchase of fixtures. After the first 5 years of operation, we replace power supplies, lenses, diffusers, wiring at your facility and extend the warranty for another 5 years.
Five years later, the cycle repeats.
As a result, you will receive long-term savings of 50% to 100% compared to conventional lighting equipment.
